Glass Collectors - no experience necessary: just a good work ethic, the ability to take direction, a great attitude and an efficient way about you. Starting on the floor with progression opportunities into bar backing.
Bartenders - it's all about the attitude: are you calm under pressure, able to work in a team, great with people and with the ability to pick up information quickly? Mostly bottle and spirit service, so basic bartending skills to be trained in.
