We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join the team based in our offices in Shoreditch, London on a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover maternity leave.
You will be part of the Data and Analytics team and your role will be to enable the production and delivery of management information packages and additional report requirements, and to assist with maintenance of the CRM system, online booking platform and the clearance of third party supplier invoices.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Prepare and distribute business and customer MI packages and ad-hoc reports within agreed timescales
* Regularly review business and customer reporting requirements
* Assist with the review and updating of the package of reports available across all sectors
* Assist with the clearance of third party supplier invoices
* Prepare, verify and cleanse data for system uploads
* Support business systems (CRM, ERP, Website and Marketing platform, Reporting Systems) with data uploads, user maintenance, and system configuration
* Scheduled reports are generated and distributed in accordance with agreed deadlines
* Published reports are accurate and all apparent anomalies are highlighted and referred to where appropriate
* Any analytical problems encountered are researched and resolved effectively with minimal supervision
* Reporting packages are being used proficiently for data analysis and presentation
* Demonstrates flexibility in managing requests for the benefit of the business as a whole
* All oral and verbal communications are conducted efficiently and professionally to ensure the reputation of the team as an efficient service provider is maintained
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support where needed
* Document tasks, procedure notes and processes to ensure understanding
* Develop excellent working relationships with all departments

Essential Requirements:
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills, working to deadlines and manage time efficiently
* Knowledge of wide number of business systems, basic database structures, and business processes
* Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
* Understands how to automate repetitive problems and tasks
* Works well as part of a team, is objective and open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, offers as well as welcomes feedback, contributes to building team spirit, helps others to succeed
* Knowledge and practical experience of and the following tools, languages or technology are an advantage: SSRS, SQL, Qlikview, nPrinting, Sugar CRM
