Business Administrator/Office Manager (Home Based) for small London based property inventory company.
The Role:
A Freelance organised and self motivated person with excellent communication skills required immediately to work from home for a small fast growing property services company in London. The role has a huge amount of variety and suits someone with a great work ethic and attention to detail.
Duties:
Take bookings and Liaise with clients over the phone and via emails
Schedule bookings according to requirements and dealing with Inventory related queries
Proof read/Edit Inventory reports and ensure they are sent out on time
General Business support, Admin and PA duties
Marketing administration - post/emailing marketing materials
Liasing with suppliers
Requirements:
Challenging fast paced role so ability to multi task is essential
Personal must to work at a fast pace and under pressure
experience in office environment or admin required
Very good IT skills - Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, dropbox etc
Location:
The person will be ideally located in:
London/Greater London/South East London/Dartford and surrounding areas
The role is home based
The person must be able to meet up with the director once weekly
Part time:
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 12pm and 3pm to 4pm (Flexible)
Start date:
as soon as possible
Wages:
£620.00 per month
£30.00 expenses per month (Covers use of Home wifi and Phone allowance)
