Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a H.R. Business Partner to join our team in London. You will join us on a full time, fixed term basis of 12 months and you will receive a salary of £48,000 - £51,250 per annum.
The H.R. Business Partner role:
Peabody is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to be based in London with full responsibility for an internal client group. You will support the ongoing integration of both Family Mosaic and Peabody; while providing high quality and consistent ER advice to managers throughout the business in line with compliance and the latest employment legislation.
The successful candidate will be required to start immediately and will work between our Offices at Westminster Bridge Road and Queen Elizabeth Street.
Key responsibilities of our H.R. Business Partner:
- Provide professional generalist Human Resources advice and support to deliver appropriate solutions to defined business areas.
- Build close relationships with the leadership team and senior business managers.
- Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of Human Resources policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex Human Resources issues which ensure local business needs are met.
- Work with senior managers on any change management organisational changes and provide advice and guidance on the development of organisational structures to meet business needs.
- Initiate, develop, implement and continuously improve employee related policies and procedures.
- Recruit, manage and appraise employees within department thereby ensuring the provision of an effective, efficient and well-motivated team.
What we’re looking for in our H.R. Business Partner:
To be successful in this role you will need to have significant Human Resources experience and proven working knowledge at an Human Resources Advisor/Human Resources Business Partner level. You will have an ability to provide pragmatic, robust and tailored solutions and have a history of managing complex change processes. You must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure to meet deadlines. You should be confident to work in innovative ways to deliver excellent customer services.
