Business Manager Needed in London

Small construction company near London Bridge is looking for experienced, energetic and dynamic person to run the office.
There will be plenty of support and on the job training. However your job will, eventually, involve all of the following:
Monitoring labourers via GPS tracking software
Calculating weekly wages and payments
Submit CIS returns, tax receipts to subcontractors and payments to HMRC
General purchases
Day to day office tasks
Support refurbishment and fit out projects. This will include visiting sites and helping with planning.
Record and store subcontractors files
Help in pricing the jobs
Producing cash flows
Chasing suppliers and deliveries
Preparing and sending receipts to bookkeeper
Client meetings
Meetings minutes
Update calendars with meetings and reminders
Keep financial records for projects and send reports to clients
Invoicing of clients
Producing O and M manuals
Health and Safety
Risk assessments
Light bookkeeping
