Commercial business manager

Overall aim of position
To promote the vision and future of the Brand “Yvonne Martin London”
To assist in all matters relating to scaling the growth of the business, the financial objectives, implementing the marketing vision and the development/training of the team members.
Other Key responsibilities:
Client Treatments: You will be expected to do clients approximately 1 or 2 days a week, be flexible in fitting in clients if a staff member is sick or on holiday.
Reception Duties: this requires reaching targets, sales and careful monitoring of the diary. We pride ourselves in being seen as the clients beauty PAs. Writing emails to cleints. Retail and advise via the preparation of a ‘client prescription’ and to explain the benefits and the how’s/why’s of these recommendations to the client during each and every single visit.
IT skills: Excellent understanding of Word, Excel and other computer skills. We use Millennium software for daily client bookings, but knowledge of this is not essential.
Training: Be efficient in putting together a library of educational systems i.e. Training manuals and reading material for both yourself and the team as to encourage the team to keep up to date with anatomy physiology, product knowledge.The team must keep current by reading innovative material on both treatments and products, both in and outside of the work time. The team must understand new treatments that are on trend, or have been gaining lots of press attention.
Marketing: Contacting press, jounalists, other media.
Facilities: Dealing with various house keeping matters, plumbers, electricians, builders, interior designers etc.
Office skills: stock checks, ordering stock, filing, invoicing, petty cash, writing emails, contacting various people in relation to the business.
