The Company

You will be working alongside the direct selling arm of a multi-billion dollar company, established in 160 + global countries and have been operating for 40 years. We work together as a team, but are independent individuals, following a proven sales and marketing system. A full training and support programme is in place as we are proud to work under the umbrella of internationally recognised and global leader in their field, who hold the prestigious Gold Investors in People award for outstanding levels in training.

The Candidates

Currently we are looking for two levels:

1. Trainee Managers

We see you as somebody who has already been in a job environment for the last few years and is now looking for a change in direction. Enthusiastic to be taught a new industry and open to a new idea of earning. You will be coached from scratch to gather all the skills you need to embark on a new career path.

2. Managers

Ideally, you will have had more experience from working in the following industries: Business development / Sales / marketing / recruitment / training or teaching / health and fitness /customer service / or having previously been self-employed as we love individuals with an entrepreneurial streak. You will be looking for an income that delivers long term security, a solid “pension” for the future and importantly time and a great lifestyle.

The Roles

Full time income but working flexible hours to suit your agenda.

Due to continual growth within our company we are currently seeking new people to join us in Network Marketing, within the fast growing industry of Health and Wellness and sports nutrition. You will be coached on how to build and expand your own team locally to you, plus the opportunity to expand nationally and internationally.

Your role will be to train, coach and support your team to duplicate what you have already been taught which consists of sales and marketing of products and business skills.

Network Marketing is an exciting concept of business which maybe new to you. Therefore, we offer an ongoing support and training programme and your own personal business coach. Some of our team choose to work with us alongside their other commitments e.g. Current career, business or family, working flexible hours to suit.
