Manc and Dandy is the client sourcing agency, working solely within the creative and communications space. We work across all creative disciplines and target virtually every industry sector, helping creative agencies to target new prospects and ultimately finding them new business.
We have been going for just under three years but in the short time we have been open we have made a real splash in the industry. We've not only expanded our team and acquired a second office but now represent a wide variety of fantastic agencies from small, owner-managed consultancies to the global networks.
Culture
Our vibrant offices near Shoreditch reflects our personalities. We have a gang of pet fish, a fully-stocked beer fridge and a giant Angry Birds mural on one of our walls!
Like a lot of our agencies, we are very laid back and casual. It’s a lot of fun and we have a friendly atmosphere - of course we also work hard and we have to constantly deliver.
The Role
Using a mixture of research, telemarketing and email marketing techniques you will be working with the directors to introduce our agencies to their future clients. This really is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and growing company and the right candidate will soon see themselves taking on more responsibility and growing within the company. Be warned however, being a small team means that there is nowhere to hide and we all have to give 100% at all times - if you like to get lost in the crowd or are afraid to pick up the phone this probably isn't for you.
The Candidate
You must be confident, hardworking, self-motivated, articulate, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This opportunity would suit anyone with an interest in either business development or the creative industry, and full ongoing training will be given.
