Our company based in Greenwich is a Catering and Hospitality Recruitment and Training Company, that requires a Business Development Executive to drive growth.
The Business Development Executive:
Working as a Business Development Executive, your role will be to work alongside the General Manager to continue, with existing clients developing the relationships in our training arm of the business. This Business Development Executive will also generate leads as well as working with existing warm contracts. This is a very unique opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to join a small family run business at the early stages of growth.
• Proven new business sales ability at a senior-level
• Ability to communicate on a consultative basis to management level
• Write a business letter and mail correspondence
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Researching new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending Job Fairs, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing Power Point presentations
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Developing sales targets and goals
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
• Write reports and provide feedback
• £25,000
