Maris Interiors has a track record of hiring and progressing apprentices through to senior positions. The business development is young and fast paced. You will work closely with the team callers to add information to the CRM system. The role will also include assisting the database manager with admin duties.

Entry requirements:
Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.
This is a Business Administration advanced level apprenticeship.
Location: nearest stations are Borough and Southwark underground, London.
What are the main responsibilities of the role?
1. Inputting information onto database
2. Assisting with administrative duties
3. Running off market research reports for the team
4. Assisting department head with admin duties
Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, Mon-Fri
Skills and attributes:
1. A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise, always seeking to provide options and aiming to achieve successful outcomes.
2. Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels.
4. Team work skills to be able to work collaboratively and co-cooperatively with others Excellent written English and good attention to detail, including proofreading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
5. Good negotiation skills and ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Autodesk products is desirable.
7. Dedicated to own learning and development, with a keen Interest in IT as a career.
