Providing administrative support to the People team and the wider organisation. As a Business Administrator Apprentice no day will be the same day and dealing with ambiguity will become part and parcel of your role.

Entry requirements:
GCSE grades C – A* in Maths and English or Functional Skills level 2 in both. You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.
Outline:
Training and qualification: Business Administrator advance level apprenticeship.
Location: nearest stations are Angel and King’s Cross Saint Pancras, London The team: Joining Tandem offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to experience the inner-workings of a department that makes the organisation tick. You will be responsible for the following:
1. Creating spreadsheets and building presentations to share meaningful data and information to stakeholders
2. Produce market maps and actively support the implementation of different resourcing strategies for the roles that we are recruiting for using search engines such as LinkedIn.
3. Proactively lead on key Human Resources tasks and projects that will aid employee engagement and relations
4. Analysing data and feedback to identify actions to improve processes and produce reports to assist the People Team in finding solutions to problems
5. Owning the organisation of meetings for various members of the organisation, ensuring the relevant stakeholders can meet and engage.
6. Typing correspondence and assisting with the production of bespoke business documents (e.g. Job descriptions, letters and templates)
7. Create, edit and implement templates for key Human Resources documents (e.g. Offer letters and contracts)
8. Assisting in any other ad hoc tasks given, either from the People Team or elsewhere in the business
Hours are 9am to 6pm, so ideally somebody over the age of 18.

3. Be a great communicator, professional and confident
4. A self-starter, always willing to use their initiative
