Join the real estate services department at Zoopla (ZPG), focused on delivering first class customer service and support. As a Business Administrator you will be the first point of contact for customers who require product support and account administration.
Zoopla Property Group (ZPG) - We deliver products and services to support critical decision making and risk management across the mortgage and residential markets in the UK, Italy and Australia. Our primary client groups are lenders, capital markets, public sector, real estate investors, developers and real estate professionals.
Entry requirements:
Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages.
Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.

Location: nearest stations are Bermondsey and London Bridge, London.
-Responsibilities:
1. Password resets for locked accounts
2. Allocating leads to sales team
3. Collating and monitoring product usage to drive partner engagement
4. Assisting with client courtesy calls
5. Identifying accounts ahead of contract renewal
6. Assisting with product support and enquiries
7. Setting up new accounts and trials
8. Assisting with preparations for events
9. Updating Sales force records
10. Collating partner lists for email campaigns
11. Processing inbound mailbox queries
Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, weekdays
Skills and attributes:
1. Customer focused
2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
3. Meticulous attention for detail and accuracy
4. Ability to work to deadlines with an understanding of priority
5. Willingness to take on responsibility
6. Microsoft Office (Excel / Outlook / Word)
7. Somebody who is well organised.
