Analyse School Performance (ASP) Training and Consultancy specialises in training and providing software for all schools and local authorities. ASP analyses school’s performance and progress, in order to drive school improvement. Our mission is to provide quality and multifaceted consultancy in education and training in Early Years settings, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Special Schools, Church Schools and Independent Schools.
We are currently recruiting a motivated apprentice looking to start a career in business administration. The role will consist mainly of calling schools to track attendance for a specific group of pupils.
Additionally the role will consist of assembling and compiling training materials for our courses, photocopying and scanning documents, and maintaining effective communications by phone and email.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Gathering data and information by phone and email.
Recording and updating databases
Photocopying and scanning documents
Dealing with enquiries
Ad hoc Administration
Person specification:
Strong communication skills
Strong PC Skills (MS Office Suite)
An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Friendly and approachable
Good customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent written and spoken English
Motivated
Hardworking
Attention to detail
Full training will be provided
Candidates must be motivated and target driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, hardworking, and persuasive with a drive to succeed.
