Job Title: Chef
Chef Job Purpose:
To prepare Burgers, Hot dogs Pizza fast food,( we call it a street food menu) as an when required. Including corporate catering (big and medium size parties/ birthday groups of 10-30) hours vary from day to day but generally are later at the weekend, and totally depends on what events that are booked. More hours will be needed on the run-up to Christmas and maybe some tweaking of the corporate menu for a big corporate events.
Chef Job Duties:
• Cooks guests' orders according to their preferences
• Employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members do the same
• Acts with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high-temperature surfaces.
• Make sure staff, are performing at their best
• Determines how much food to order and maintains an appropriate supply at the restaurant
• Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings
• Duties, such as cleaning, are at a high standard at all times.
• Takes direction and works with the administrative team
Chef Skills and Qualifications:
Training in Culinary Arts, experience, Works Quickly, Physical Stamina, Flexible Schedule, Strong Communication, Organisational Skills, Team Mentality, Leadership Skills, Food Safety levels completed and up-to-date;

Salary: £9.00 to £10.00 /hour.
