Building Manager for Wimbledon Co Working Space

We are currently looking for someone to manage our South Wimbledon Site. This is a great opportunity to join a growing co working brand and to really get involved with the day to day running of the site.

This role would suit someone who already has experience of working in a co working space for business club. Reporting in to the Co-Founder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the South Wimbledon Mainyard Studios site.

Key responsibilities
Ensure that the site is fully operational and processes are running smoothly.
Daily opening and closing in line with all health and safety and fire safety regulations.
First point of contact for all visitors ensuring that the brand is represented well at all times and that the site is tidy.
Member management from show rounds through to on boarding.
Member payments management working with accounts to ensure all payments are up to date.
Supplier management
Liaising with maintenance to make sure that all works are completed in a timely fashion.
Business development and sales ensuring that the building is at 100 and occupancy at all time.
Event management of monthly and internal events.
Social media and marketing management when needed.

experience
Customer service and sales experience
Project management and business operations experience.
Background in a start-up / co working space or creative or media.
Bookkeeping a nice to have but not a requirement.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
