We are a property development and refurbishment company based in London looking to expand our team by 1-2 people.
We carry out a wide range of projects in residential homes in London that range from a single bathroom refurbishment to a large whole house renovation, extensions and conversions.
We are looking for an individual who meets all of the following key requirements:
1. Understands and speaks English at a fluent level
2. Experienced as a builder, this could be experience in one or more building and refurbishment activities (we prefer multi-trade individuals)
3. Be professional and able represent the company in front of clients
4. Able to work under time pressure
5. Be punctual and reliable
6. Provide status and progress update on daily basis on projects
7. Have a valid UK/European driving licence
8. It is preferable if the individual owns a van for pickup of building materials for jobs
9. experience of at least 6 years in building and refurbishment work in the UK or Europe
The individual will be paid £1300 to £2800 per month depending on the number of days worked per week and level of experience.
The individual needs to be available to work at least 3 days full days per week (9am to 5pm) or 6 half days per week (9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm) including Saturdays.
