Senior Cdp/ Junior Sous Chef – Modern British Restaurant, North London
Buckle and Vaughan restaurant in North London is currently recruiting an energetic and creative Chef for their high volume site. This venue delivers an informal yet authentic dining experience, offering contemporary British cuisine focusing on local provenance and seasonality.
The operation is extremely busy and requires a very well organised Chef to run the operation when deputizing for the Head Chef.
The Chef role will entail a “hands on” approach; everything that emanates from the kitchen is prepared from scratch in house. As Chef you will be responsible for staff training, have excellent stock and profit controls and be able to lead and inspire your brigade of chefs.
You will be required to operate the kitchen in accordance to FSA regulations. Applicants should also have a proven track record managing kitchens of the highest calibre
