At the Institute of Competitive Socialising, we believe that life is more fun when there is an element of competition – and that competition is best enjoyed with friends. Which is why we create experiences that are always social and competitive and fuelled by great drinks, food and hospitality.
Our first concept is Swingers - The Crazy Golf Club which comprises two 9 hole crazy golf courses, five cocktail bars, three street food vendors and a private dining room all housed in a massive basement near Liverpool street.
We are looking for unique individuals to join our family who have a genuine passion for customer service, an infectious personality, are full of positive energy and looking to work in a fun and experiential environment.
The Job:
Your role will be as a ‘Crazy Golf Caddy’, which centres on the guest experience by interacting with players on the golf courses, ensuring they always have a refreshing drink in hand and are well looked after as they enjoy their time with us.
Traditionally on a golf course, caddies accompany the player on the green, tee them off to start their game, suggest which clubs to use on certain holes, offer advice on the obstacles ahead and ensure refreshments are available from the drinks cart should they get thirsty.
Crazy Golf caddies are no different! You will undergo in depth training on the courses to become a veritable crazy golf pro, and use your extensive knowledge of our cocktails to expertly recommend exactly when and why a refreshing Gin Fizz might just sharpen the focus on that tricky shot.
What we expect from you:
