We are currently seeking a bubbly and enthusiastic Host to join our team!
The role:
You are the first point of contact for all The Refinery City Point customers – face to face, by telephone or by email.
In the restaurant, you will meet, greet and seat guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Help customers navigate our menus, work closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage the bookings and assist on the floor where necessary.
In the bar, you will greet patrons at the door and show them to their reserved areas, provide drinks service for them as required, set up tabs and organise pre-ordered food and drinks for your bookings.
