Job Introduction:
G4S Events is Europe's leading provider of event customer service stewards and crowd management control. We are currently recruiting for Safety Stewards to work at this exciting event. Safety stewards play a vital role in the safety and comfort of patrons coming to the event.
British Summer Time is back at Hyde Park again for 2022 with headline acts such as The Killers and Justin Bieber, it sounds like it's going to be an exciting event.
Role Responsibility:
Bristish Summer Time Hyde Park runs over two weekends between the 30th June and 9th of July. Candidates must be available to work during these days.
There may also be the opportunity to work at other London events throughout the summer.
Customer service is at the forefront of the service we provide so it is crucial that candidates possess customer service skills
You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team that helps to keep events safe and secure throughout.
You must have accommodation in the London area and be able to travel to and from Hyde Park at your own expense.
There are a variety of roles for Safety Stewards which you may be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:
· Ticket checking
· Specialist Teams
· Crowd Monitoring
· Hospitality Stewarding
Our staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff at an event.
The Ideal Candidate:
Successful applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have an aptitude for working with the public. A friendly, approachable and professional manner is all important, however, flexibility is key. Ideally applicants should have some previous stewarding or customer service experience; however, this is not essential.
