Brother Marcus is Hiring!
We are looking for a Barista with FOH skills to join our young, skilled and hard-working team.
Brother Marcus is owned by 3 young guys and has been open for 1 year. We are proud of the quality of our food, coffee and service here. One of our aims at BM is constant improvement, never to ‘settle’ for what we have, but to develop and improve.
Coffee is a key part of Brother Marcus and we take great care in producing a constant quality to our customers. We use Caravan coffee and have a Marzocco machine.
What we’re offering to our Barista:
Competitive wage
Control of quality of coffee
Full time work behind the bar and the machine, but must have the ability to dive onto the floor help out whenever needed.
40 Hours per week.
What we are looking for in someone:
At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality and coffee
Motivation, ambition and drive
Eye for detail
Honesty
Lots of energy
The ability to remain calm and chilled in busy times
Someone to share the same love for BM as we do
Excellent English communication skills
