Lantana is looking for brilliant front of house staff to launch our new site in London Bridge.

• Our restaurants trade 7 days a week from breakfast to evenings.
The London Bridge Lantana is an 85 seater restaurant in a beautiful Victorian building on the doorstep of London’s iconic foodie hub, Borough market. We’ve lovingly restored many of the 19th century features to create a large open dining room set over two floors. Diners will be able to enjoy our signature dishes, as well as many new additions, amazing coffee, delicious cakes, wines, cocktails and evening share plates. Open all day for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and everything in between.
