We are looking for a proactive, smart, energetic and firm sole charge after school nanny for an immediate start. Looking after our 5 year old girl and 3 year old boy in Chelsea.
HOURS
* School term: Mon, Tues, Thursday from 2pm to 8pm, Wed and Fri 11am to 8pm (36 hours) - 7pm finish also OK
* School Holidays if the family is not travelling: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm (50 hours)
* Some occasional travel with the family by separate arrangement would be a bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Keeping children safe at all times
* Daily pick up and drop off to school and nursery, clubs and playdates
* Organising playdates with school friends weekly, be confident and personable to liaise with other children's nannies and/or parents
* Tidying Toys, books and school crafts away daily - keeping everything organised, clean and safe
* Making sure uniforms and sports clothes are ready on required days
* Cooking children's snacks and meals and supervising meal times. Encouraging healthy eating habits
* Ordering/buying anything needed for the children (e.g. Food, clothes, stationary)
* Bathing children and supervising bedtime
* Helping with homework and Kumon
* Holidays - organising games, sports, cinema, art galleries, museums, theme parks and theatre in London
PERSONAL QUALITIES
* You will need to have lots of energy and initiative, be well organised, confident at managing schedules
* Knowing your way around central London and particularly K and C will be a bonus
* Excellent English and general numeracy to help with homework
* You have excellent morals and values
* A good confident communicator
* Team player - flexible, cooperative nature, working well with parents and housekeeper to ensure a smooth running of the household
* Non-smoker
ATTRACTIVE SALARY
* £10-13 P/H net depending on experience
