Brigadiers, which opens in Spring 2022 in the Bloomberg Arcade, will be a contemporary Indian barbecue and beer tavern inspired by the army mess bars of India, where regiments go to eat, drink and socialise. A reception will lead guests into a myriad of rooms including a dining room, a bar stocked with over 30 different Beers and enviable whisky selection, a taps room, and three private dining rooms including a ‘pot luck’ conservatory. Encouraging socialising and comradery, live sport will be shown on demand across selected rooms, while a pool table and classic card games will be offered for those who wish to play while they eat and drink.

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Chef de Parties with Grill experience to create exceptional and memorable, high quality dishes.

The ideal Grill Chef de Partie will have:

● experience of working in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment as a Grill Chef, or Chef de Partie (essential);
● Working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety;
● A keen interest in Indian cuisine;
● A passion for delivering exceptional plates of food every time;
● Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail;
● A highly personable nature
