Love Bridal is an independent bridal boutique, situated on the busy Crystal Palace Triangle and are now in their 5th Year of trading. The team are 3 strong and now seeking their 4th team member to join the fold.
The Role no1 hours:
A little flexible in terms of days, but ideally 2-3 full days per week. At least 1 of the days must include a late night (on a Monday or Wednesday) and must be able to work on a Friday (open until 5:30pm on a Friday) We also have a Saturday vacancy, but open to offering this day as part of the part time hours.
The Role no2 hours:
Saturday's only. Must have at least 4 + years of retail or direct facing customer service experience. Hours are 9am-6pm. If you are also free a day or two in the week, there is the option of extra hours.
The Roles:
For both roles you will be responsible for bridal appointments, meeting and greeting, providing refreshments, styling brides, looking after their friends and family and working to strict customer service protocol to ensure our brides and their guests receive the best quality of service. At times, you may also be required to model the gowns at events or on varying weekends at the brides request and for social media. For the week day role, In addition to the sales part of the role, we ideally would like someone completely social media savvy, particularly on Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This person ideally would be able to do minor amendments to gowns such as basic sewing - but this is more or a wish than essential. Candidate will also steam gowns, tidy gowns regularly and offer ad hoc store maintenance, window dressing and other ad hoc duties.
The Person:
These roles are not for someone just starting out in work. You must have at least 4 years work experience within fashion, styling, or face to face sales of high end product and be used to working with high value items. Customer service experience face-to-face is essential as is the requirements to fit the gowns for modelling (8-12 in size). This is a visual business and attention to detail is everything. Social media experience is essential as is extremely neat handwriting, IT literacy and the ability to pick up cloud systems. Some flexibility to work extra hours would be advantageous. We are also recruiting a Saturday worker, so if you would also like to work Saturday's in addition, that is an option.
