Looking for a live in couple for the White Hart Brew pub in Whitechapel.
We have been brewing craft beer at the pub since 2012 and due to demand the bulk of the brewing is now done at a unit in Tottenham with smaller batches still being done in the White Hart basement. We offer typical pub food (non frozen), a wide range of craft Ales, cask and keg, mostly our own plus the best of the rest. Our customers are a friendly bunch with a mix of hospital staff, local hub businesses, students and of course our fantastic regulars. We do get busy at night with both food and wet service.
The shift pattern would be 5 days including 2 split shifts and as a couple you would work same shift pattern, days off will be consecutive.
The job would include opening and closing, food service, cash handling, stock ordering, cellar maintenance, and various day to day tasks.
Latest we close is 1a.m.on Friday
experience is not necessary we will explain, train and put you up for personal licence course.
The accommodation is above the pub and it will be a shared flat.
Transport links are great with Whitechapel offering 2 tube lines, overground, the soon arriving crossrail and numerous bus routes.
Salary will be paid weekly and be discussed in detail on interview.
You must be eligible to work in this country, Australian and New Zealand work visa are very welcome.
You must have a good command of English or be willing to learn quickly.
