The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress to help us in the day to day running of the bar and restaurant, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your role would be responsible for:
•Set up of Breakfast Buffet.
•Serving food and drinks in the bar and restaurant, including preparation of hot drinks.
•Clearing breakfast crockery and replenishing buffet items.
•Ensuring the restaurant is tidy and presentable at all times.
•Offering high level of customer service to our valued guests.
•Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies throughout the bar and restaurant.

The Person
We are looking for a candidate who:
•Has a smart appearance and a keen eye for detail.
•Can stay calm in pressured situations during busy times and quickly adapt to meet customer needs with a can-do attitude.
•Has a passion for providing excellent customer experience and being a natural host.
•Is comfortable working unsociable hours, as you will be working during the early breakfast shift.
•Is outgoing, confident and cheerful. Being cheerful, particularly first thing in the morning, is a vital part of success in this role.
•Previous experience in a similar role within a three / four star hotel would be highly beneficial.
The Salary
£7.50 per hour.
