Job role - Breakfast Service
•To strive to anticipate client’s needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance client’s satisfaction.
•To treat all guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all times and to give full co-operation to any guest or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.
•To demonstrate a pride in the work place and a high level of commitment.
•To adhere to hotel and company rules at all times.
•To perform all tasks to a consistent and correct standard.
•To ensure all mis-en-place is completed.
•To support all Food and Beverage areas as and when required
•To set up stations to the correct standards before and after service.
•To keep the restaurant and ancillary areas clean and tidy.
•To be fully knowledgeable of all service techniques, Menus and drink lists.
•To be able to take orders and process them through Micros, print the check upon guest request and close to the correct charge.
•To take responsibility for the service of your guests during meal periods.
•To report any guest complaints, comments or problems to your manager or supervisor on duty.
