Your responsibilities as aBreakfast Waiter  / Waitress will include:- Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner following the company standards- Promptly handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner and ensure that all details are communicated to the supervisor/manager immediately- Set up and prepare the restaurant as per company policies and procedures- Serve food and drinks, replenish and manage buffet stations, prepare and clear tablesWe are looking for The ideal Breakfast Waiter / Waitress will:- Understand the importance of delivering a fantastic breakfast experience for the guests- Have customer facing experience;- Have experience in a high volume food and beverage department/outlet- Be able to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently;- Has a strong understanding of food and beverage service techniques- Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends- Have some working knowledge of Micros computer system- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion! We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
