The responsibilities
As Breakfast Supervisor , you will support the team, leading by example with personality and flair. The guest experience and hotel standards will be priority when coaching the team to success. As a role model you will demonstrate a collective nature and show creative ways of inspiring the team.
Key Responsibilities are:
·Coach and lead team during the day-to-day service
·Assist in developing the quality of service delivery and profitability
·Deliver training on company brand standards, upkeep Health and Safety training
·Going above and beyond to provide the guest with the best experience
·Working 5 days a week over 7.
