Esca was established in 2004 as Clapham's local delicatessen, restaurant and social hub. We have undergone a refurbishment so that the interior is truly beautiful with an open plan kitchen for making all day breakfasts and brunches Monday to Sunday with some veggie and vegan influence. You will have experience and understanding of the London breakfast culture and be able to organise your space well to provide efficient and consistent plating based on our own menu. You will be part of a team of vibrant and unique individuals and work closely with the owners and management, your package also includes food whilst on shift, staff discount for our other unique food concepts and bonus scheme potentially.
