Our restaurant The Cambridge Street Kitchen is a bustling all day concept located in Pimlico just minutes from Victoria Station. From an open kitchen, Michelin trained Head Chef Elliot Miller serves an inventive menu. Our cocktail bar serves creative drinks headed up by our bar manager, Warren.
The Role …
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Managing and training any commis working with you
Helping the other team members to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
