BREAKFAST CHEF REQUIRED 4* HOTEL - £23.000
Our client is a 4* hotel in Greenwich currently looking for an experienced breakfast chef. Salary for the right candidate can be up to £23000/year.
The position involves cooking on a high standard classical breakfast from full English breakfast to eggs Benedict a basic schedule from 5 am to 1 pm 5 days out of 7.
You will be preparing buffet and cooking the a la Carte breakfast menu in a well-equipped and spacious kitchen with other experienced breakfast chef and you will be reporting directly to the head chef.
The ideal candidate will have:
Passion for cooking
Ability to work under pressure
experience in a 4* - 5* hotel / fine dinning restaurant
experience as a breakfast chef
Eligibility to work in the UK
Confidence in working under pressure
The ability to prepare dishes to order
Good communications skills and good level of spoken English
