Sourced Market is a unique and exciting cafe/deli/fresh food market about to open a brand new site near Barbican.
We are looking for a part time time (weekends only) Breakfast Chef to join the opening team with immediate start:
The job:
Preparing and cooking simple fresh breakfasts to order in a busy environment
Preparing selection of cold breakfast sandwiches for deli counter
Clearing down breakfast station and washing up
You must have/be:
Kitchen experience, ideally of busy breakfast service
Practical knowledge of all aspects of Food Safety
Able to work both in a team and unsupervised
Punctual, reliable and organised
A big smile and a happy outlook at 6am!
The deal:
Pay is £8.50 ph
Daytime hours, 16 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays only, 28 days pro rata holiday per year
