The role
As Breakfast Chef you will prepare the Kitchen for breakfast service. This role involves:

Preparing and maintaining the cold buffet as well as preparing and plating all hot dishes.
Stock rotation
Knowledge of HACCAP
The role also involves the preparation of staff lunches.

The person
You will be able to lead by example and will have excellent attention to detail. You will also be service orientated, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained. You will be passionate about food and keep up with the pace of a busy kitchen.
You will be friendly and approachable; you will go the extra mile for our guests; you will provide highly consistent good service and you will lead by example.
