Eccleston Square Hotel is a luxury boutique in central London, 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station.
We are looking for a breakfast chef to join our team 4 days a week. Our restaurant has 25 covers. Therefore we are less about volume and more about quality.
We serve cold continental buffet which needs to be prepared everyday and hot a la Carte dishes (English Breakfast, Eggs Benedict etc.)
We are looking for a candidate with previous breakfast chef experience, able to work alone and in a small team, reliable and able to service high quality breakfast dishes. Breakfast chef is also expected to clean the kitchen.
Shifts are 6 hours: Monday to Friday 6.30-12.30pm, Saturdays and Sundays 7:30-13.30pm.
We are looking for a candidate that can start straight away.
