Focusing on busy Australian brunch and elevated dinner service with high quality Australian wines, innovative small plates and Josper grilled meats. Looking for a professional breakfast chefs with at least 12 months experience in a fast paced, high end on trend restaurant environment. Great pay and attractive share of service charge linked to restaurant performance.
