Breakfast Chef wanted for open plan kitchen - The Allegory – London.

We are currently recruiting for a experienced Breakfast chef.

Roles and responsibility include the following.
• Able to work alone in the morning
• Passion and dedication for producing great tasting fresh food using locally sourced ingredients.
• Responsible for opening kitchen
• Good standards of health and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Baking experience preferred but not essential.
• Proven knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH.

The role is 35 - 40 hours a week, over five days Mon - Fri 0700 - 1400
Salary up to £10/hour for right candidate.
