Breakfast Chef – Private Members Club - Monday to Friday – 6am – 2.30pm.
Our client requires a Breakfast Chef to cook traditional breakfast, menu all cooked to order. Breakfast chef will be working alone on the section, doing 50 covers a la Carte a day and reporting directly to the head chef, will be responsible for the staff food as well up to 60 covers a day. Great attention to detail goes into each plate and it is essential that the Breakfast Chef has the ability to cope with this. The ideal candidate must be confident running the section on his own. This role is Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm. The kitchen is closed Bank Holidays and Christmas. Annual salary is £22,000.
