The Enterprise Pub and Hotel based Chalk farm and Camden Town have a Breakfast Chef chef position available for a hard working good quality chef and also one position for a strong and experienced Chef de partie.

>>>> About BREAKFAST CHEF position available:

We are looking for a chef with experience in serving full English breakfast and Continental breakfast. For this job we offer 5 shifts a week (between Monday and Sunday - Rota is flexible) starting 6:30am until 10:30am.

Wage: between £8 / £8.5 depending of experience (for both - men or women)

28 days holiday paid.

Full training will be provide

This job include:

** prep and cook fresh food (hot and cold)

** control suppliers and deliveries

** keep the kitchen clean and organized

** opening and closing checks standard in a professional kitchen

>>>> About CHEF de partie position available:

As Chef de Partie you will be a key player in our small team and be capable of running a section of the kitchen. You will assist the head chef with maintaining food margin and keeping the kitchen and food clean and safe. You should be looking to learn and move up to the next level.

Key Skills

* Ability to demonstrate basic cooking skills

* A confident, self-motivated, driven person

* Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety (Food Hygiene Level 2 a bonus but not essential)

* Passionate about delivering consistently good quality food

We are looking for someone available to work 3 or 4 shifts a week (about 21 and 25 hours a week) - especially on weekends and evenings shifts.

Salary: £ 8.5 / £ 9.25 depending of experience

Required experience: Chef de Partie Level or above: 1 year at least
