THE ROLE
A job for early birds!
We’re looking for candidates that can support the senior management in the Kitchen by ensuring quality products for all our hotel outlets during our breakfast service. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in your specialty. A chef de partie will ensure the efficient running of the breakfast service including ordering and waste control, supervising presentation standards, and liaising with senior chefs to create new dishes. Full competence with health and safety and food hygiene laws is required. Coherence with administrative operations such as, docket procedures, stations, table numbers and food labelling is a must.

We like you to bring your own personality to work and engage with colleagues and guests alike. We love bags of energy and want you to share this and provide the best service as possible. You must have commercial wisdom and effective decisions without sacrificing the quality of our product. All candidates will be required to provide proof of right to work in the UK.
