Four Star Hotel based in North West London are seeking two positions- Breakfast Chef and Evening Chef.
Working any 5 days out of.
7. Hours per week between 30 - 40 approximately.
Hours of work 05.30-12 noon and 16.00-22.00.
Evening Chef will be required to work alongside our main chef preparing A la Carte European/traditional food dishes.
The candidate will be responsible for cooking locally sourced fresh produce, monitoring stock control and waste management, to ensure food safety regulations are adhered to at all times and to ensure service is efficient and delivered as per the Hotel standard.
Ideally you must have worked in a commercially focused, quality hotel with previous experience as a chef de partie or Breakfast chef. Must have fresh food background ideally A self-starter who can manage their own time A proven chef with a stable CV.
