Ginger and White needs experienced breakfast chefs to join our team. We have been operating in North West London for over 8 years, have a very loyal customer base and promote quality in everything we do. You must be able to manage your own stock, ordering and contribute towards menu creation as well as keeping our Food Safety system completely up to date.
We operate 2 sites, in Hampstead and Belsize Park, both open 7 days. This is a full-time position and weekend work is part of the job. Both kitchens are very busy and if you are prepared to start early and work hard you can have evenings off while still getting the chance to work with great ingredients, producing simple, elegant and excellent food.
