Our client is a medium sized food important business that supplies a luxury and high-quality coffee brand to restaurants, hotels and coffee shops across the UK.
They are looking for a Customer Care Advisor (London and South East) to be the brand and quality ambassador, where you will be responsible for your own customer/client base (Restaurants, Hotels, Coffee Shops), ensuring staff who work at the customer site are providing quality served coffee that meets brand guidelines, that the equipment is working effectively, and the brand marketing materials are displayed in the correct and most appealing way. You will also be training new members of staff (at the customer site) on how to use the coffee machine, frothing milk and how to make the perfect coffee (in accordance with brand guidelines), as well as advising on adjustments that may need to be made that meet the brand guidelines (in a supportive way).

Monday to Friday: 9.am to 5.30pm
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will have your set customers you will be looking after on a cyclic basis, so the role involves regular customer contact.
To apply for this role, you must be a coffee drinker and love coffee, as you will be testing the quality by tasting it. This is a hands-on role where you will be handling coffee, testing the coffee machine, so you must be willing to 'roll your sleeves’ up.
This is an entry level role, but would suit someone who may have worked as a Barista. Full training in respect of this brand and the brand guidelines will be given.
Ideally candidates will have a good level of education (up to A-Level standard, or equivalent)
Candidates must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, patience and the ability to train other people. You will be a supportive relationship builder, with a methodical approach and be used to following procedures and guidelines, with exceptional attention to detail.
You will have great influencing skills, with a supportive and encouraging approach to dealing with staff that works at your customer’s site, but also with business owners. You will have a flexible approach and there will be the occasional weekend, when the business attends a trade show.
If you have some upselling/cross selling experience that would also be useful.
You will be provided with a company vehicle (with a fuel card), I-Pad and company telephone. In some instances, you will need to travel via tube to customer sites if parking is not nearby. In that instance, you will be able to claim back the cost. Therefore, good directional skills are essential and you must be confident driving in London. You must also have full clean UK drivers licence.
