Chika’s is a stylish food company launched in 2014 that is now one of the fastest growing FMCG businesses in the UK. The products are premium, savoury snacks with a commitment to taste and are differentiated by being unlike anything that exists in the UK market. We are now listed in over 1200 stores nationwide, including Waitrose, Ocado, Selfridges and we are now looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing “Brand Ambassador” with great interpersonal and communication skills.
The Brand Ambassador will be the “face” of the brand in the chosen region and will therefore perform product demonstration or sampling sites as directed by the Sales Team. The duties of the Brand Ambassador will be as below:
• Study the company’s marketing goals and objectives and assist in the organising of trade initiaves.
• Work with the sales and marketing departments to understand the company’s goals and missions.
• Represent company and its products/services to the media and customers in a consistently positively manner.
• Generate ideas to maximize sales to exceed sales goals in local region.
• Relay customer feedback to the company in anticipation of improving products and services.
• Carrying out tastings and sampling sessions at client sites with the aim of building up brand exposure and sales in that site.
• Build and sustain business relationships with key accounts within assigned areas.
• Act as the face of the company at any attended events.
A training day would be provided.
