We are seeking a Lettings Administrator/ Sales Progresser to join our busy team in an Estate Agents.
Key Responsibilities
Referencing tenants and preparation of standard documents.
Managing lettings files through to completion.
Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries.
Day to day office administration
Updating CFP software
Manage the transition of transactions from sales consultant stage through to solicitor instruction.
Ensure that each sale is actively chased and facilitated by liaising with the sales agents, solicitors, purchasers and other key stake holders as necessary.
Key Skills
Excellent written/verbal communication
Computer literate with experience of using Word, Excel, email systems and the Internet.
Organisation
Team player
Fast and accurate keyboard skills
Excellent telephone manner

The great thing about this job is the variety. Your role will be to assist the lettings and sales team in the day to day running of their departments. One minute you’ll be preparing tenancy agreements and letters, and the next you could be problem solving and overcoming possible challenges with a sale.
Above all, it will be about delivering the best customer service to our customers. That’s why you’ll need experience of working in a busy office, excellent admin, and organisational skills and a lively personality with a customer focused approach.
If you’ve worked in property that’s great, but it’s not essential as we’ll help you learn all you need to know.
