We are looking for a highly motivated individual to step in to the role of Deputy Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Centre Manager with the overall performance of the Centre and the team. As part of that Team you will ensure the Centre achieves its targets and delivers the best customer experience.

We need someone capable to promote a professional but fun working environment for the team. So high competency in communications skills are a must.

Other areas that will make you ideal for the role:

Ideally you will be in or been in a Managerial position in a Bowling Centre or.
At least 2 years Management experience in a customer facing role from the Leisure/Hospitality Industry.
High levels of delivering customer service.
Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach
Ability to inspire and lead a team
An outgoing and sociable personality
Willing to work late nights and weekends
experience of developing and rolling out new promotions and menus.
Be proactive in your approach and can use common sense to deliver on results.
