Office Concierge is seeking a full-time boutique hostesses to join one of the world’s finest jewellery brands within their Selfridges boutique.
Selfridges is renowned as being the premier destination for providing exceptional in store customer experience. The store occupies 540,000 square feet (50,000 m2) and houses over 300 luxury and high street brands.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Providing five star customer service to all visitors
- Working in a vibrant and fast-paced team environment
- Managing high footfall and dealing with all visitor enquiries
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Ensuring the boutique is tidy and well-organised
- Assisting the sales team with various tasks as required
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Sunday 40 hours per week, rotating shift pattern between 9am-10pm
Languages: Chinese, Arabic and French would be advantageous but is not essential
