Our client are seeking a part time bookkeeper accounts assistant to join their established expanding office situated in Richmond Surrey. An opportunity has occurred for a part time bookkeeper accounts assistant with good knowledge of computer skills.
Job skills
You will provide administrative and accounts support to the team and ensure effective delivery of a range of services that meet the business requirements of the company. Working as part of our accounts team, the ideal candidate will be a practical person with excellent numeracy skills and ability to process paperwork with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for: Processing monthly invoices. Company banking administration. Purchase Ledger, Data entry onto financial spread sheets. Following up on outstanding payments with customers invoices, credit card payments and purchase orders.
Essential Requirements:
All applicants must have excellent communication skills with clearly spoken English and strong numeracy skills. The successful candidate will be confident in using Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Candidates should also be able to operate computer hardware (Scanners, photocopiers, etc.). Start Date as soon as possible In return for your skills and experience, you will receive Competitive salary. Benefits upon application. 20 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays. Office hours 9am - 5pm 5 day week.
