Licklist is the UK’s largest photography agency with more than 800 photographers covering over 1,500 events per month… We are looking for a Bookings Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be involved in managing a team of photographers to cover events at nightclubs and bars across the country.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, proactive and committed. You need to be highly organized, with strong management skills and real attention to detail. This should be complemented by your welcoming and professional manor towards clients and staff.

Responsibilities include:

·       Booking and organising photographers.

·       Formulating a strategy to organize photographers across the country.
·       Managing photography schedules

·       Ensuring a reliable and effective photography service to venues.

·       Communicating between teams of photographers and editors.

·       Monitoring and reporting of photographer performance.

·       Implementing the latest technologies to our photography service to ensure we stay at the forefront of the ever changing market.

·       Negotiating bookings and fees with photographers.

·       Reporting to directors on a regular basis.

Knowledge:

·       Knowledge of management principles and practices.

·       Knowledge of strategic planning

·       Knowledge of office administrative procedures.

·       Knowledge of the latest technologies (Beneficial)

·       Efficient in relevant software applications.

Salary is £24,000 - £28,000 basic plus interim performance related bonuses. Basic salary is dependent on the skill sets and experience you have to date. The working hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11am-7pm and on-call outside of these hours.
This is a remote based position which requires 1 weeks training at our London office and fortnightly meetings thereafter.
